In 2006, a new Dyna chassis was introduced[14] along with

2006, a new Dyna body was introduced along with a new transmission. Also, the same year new models were the Street Bob.

2007, the Twin Cam engine was replaced by the fuel-injected Twin Cam 96 engine across the entire Harley-Davidson Big Twin lineup.

The Fat Bob was introduced in 2008. In the same year, the Wide Glide was offered as a limited edition 105th Anniversary model This was retired, coming back in 2010 with a bobber rear treatment. 2012 some Dynas obtain the TC103 engine, An updated version of the Low Rider returned in 2014, and replaced the Super Glide Custom.

Harley ended the Dyna platform in 2017. In 2018, The Dyna was replaced by a redesigned Softtail. Many of the existing features of the Dyna have been transferred to the new 2018 Softtail.
